Our Story
When a business owner reached out to Code Rebels, they had a crystal-clear vision: a platform that could make managing training programs with national grants easy and efficient. The "how" was a different story—they trusted us to figure that part out. A friend had tipped them off about Low Code technology and how it could simplify information exchange and automate workflows. Excited by the possibilities, they handed us the reins to bring their idea to life.
We knew the clock was ticking. We had less than four weeks to launch so the contracted experts could adjust their materials in time. Luckily, speed is one of the key advantages of Low Code—and we were ready to deliver.
The challenge
Creating a streamlined system for managing training programs with national grants required overcoming several key hurdles:
1. Centralized Communication and Coordination - Ensuring seamless communication between participants, companies, trainers, and funding bodies was essential to eliminate delays and confusion.
2. Diverse Stakeholder Needs - Business owners required immediate training solutions, while trainers needed an organized and efficient way to prepare and deliver their programs.
3. Complex EU-Funded Program Rules - Navigating strict regulations and bureaucratic processes demanded a system that could simplify compliance while maintaining accuracy.

In this project, Code Rebels took full ownership of the tech side. The client had a few non-negotiables:

- solid analytics to track and understand what’s happening on the product pages,
- dashboard enabling strategic decision-making,
- integration with the National Court Register to verify businesses.
Our mission? To make all of that happen seamlessly, so the client could focus on what mattered most—growing their business.
Process
In this project, a thorough analysis of the entire process became crucial. We conducted additional interviews with stakeholders and configured Airtable in a way that allowed multiple users to seamlessly collaborate [check out our LinkedIn post]. To ensure smooth cooperation between such diverse groups, precise and effective communication was non-negotiable—and that’s #RebelStyle.
Outcome
We brought everyone together on one platform, giving them live access to key data. Now, everyone can stay on top of the process and actually help their clients, not just watch from the sidelines.
1. Trainers: They’re in touch with potential participants, answering questions, keeping an eye on sign-ups in the CRM, automating training communication, and getting insights from marketing campaigns.
2. Training providers: They get real-time updates on funding opportunities, can quickly check their chances for extra support, and have help with writing grant applications when needed.
3. Central management: They’re tracking detailed analytics, adjusting marketing budgets based on real data, automating collaboration with training providers, and making the document flow smoother than ever.
